When Isaiah saw God, holy, high and lifted up, and glorious, he responded by expressing his shame and remorse for his own sin and the sin of his nation. When God cleansed Isaiah's sin and spoke to him, Isaiah responded to God with willingness and obedience to go to the nation of Judah who had also sinned. What is our response to God's Glory and His voice of grace in our lives? Will we answer like Isaiah in the book of Isaiah 6:8?
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?"
And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"

Snowy Mountain
We drove up to Bogus Basin last weekend to enjoy a little snow. It snows in Boise but usually melts within a day or two. The kids really enjoyed it. Peter John and Gretchen did a little mountain climbing up the snowy side of the mountain. We got to watch the skiers and snowboarders at Bogus, but didn't do any skiing ourselves. Here are a few pix of the day:
